Combustion Air Blowers include: Fan, TEFC motor (460/3/60), factory motor mounting, V-belt drive, flanged outlet, inlet guard, drain, and outlet opposed blade control damper. The blowers are performance rated at standard conditions. Main Gas Valve Trains (IRI) include: Flow orifice plate (loose), inlet and outlet lubricated plug valves, inlet strainer, main gas regulator, relief valve (if required), safety shut-off valves, vent valve, pressure switches, pressure gauges, characterized control valve with low fire switch and motor actuator.Pilot Gas Valve Trains include: Inlet and outlet gas cocks, pressure regulator, safety shut-off valve(s), pressure gauge, and adjustable orifice valve. Light #2 Oil Valve Trains include: Inlet and outlet manual shut-off valves, inlet edgeplate filter, flow indicating meter, pressure regulator, low pressure switch, safety shut-off valves, check valve, pressure gauges, characterized oil control valve with low fire start switch and motor actuator. Atomizing Air Valve Trains include: Inlet and outlet manual shut-off valves, inlet strainer, air/oil proportioning regulator,shut-off pressure gauges. Atomizing Steam Valve Trains include: Same components as atomizing air valve trains and also temperature gauges, low temperature switch and steam trap. All components are 120V/60 Hz; contact GTI for other voltages and frequencies. Valve trains can be rack mounted or shipped as individual assemblies.
