GTI manufactures 3 sizes of filter presses. 

470 mm Filter Press

Filter plates are 470mm (18") square polypropylene that have a 1 1/4" cake cavity with a capacity of 0.3 cubic feet per chamber. Slurry feed is through the center of the plate, and filtrate is discharged at the four corners of the plate. Filter cloth is polypropylene monofilament rated at 3 CFM. Closure is by a 24" stroke x 3" bore hydraulic cylinder with a capacity of 50 tons. The hydraulic power unit is air driven.

The press framework is fabricated of 1" steel plate, and the closure plates are reinforced with 1" steel ribs. After fabrication, the press is epoxy painted.

A polypropylene air operated diaphragm pump capable of 15 gallons per minute at 60 psig is available. The CPVC piping from the filter to the pump and tank is not included, but will be specified for you.

800 mm Filter Press

Filter plates are 800mm (30") square polypropylene that have a 1 1/4" cake cavity with a capacity of 0.507 cubic feet per chamber. Slurry feed is through the center of the plate, and filtrate is discharged at the four corners of the plate. Filter cloth is polypropylene monofilament rated at 3 CFM. Closure is by a 30" stroke x 8" bore hydraulic cylinder with a capacity of 50 tons. The hydraulic power unit is air driven.

The press framework is fabricated of 1" steel plate, and the closure plates are reinforced with 1" steel ribs. After fabrication, the press is epoxy painted.

Slurry feed is through the center of the plate, and filtrate is discharged at the four corners of the plate. Filter cloth is polypropylene monofilament rated at 3 CFM. Closure is by a 30" stroke x 10" bore hydraulic cylinder with a capacity of 80 tons. The hydraulic power unit is air driven.

The press framework is fabricated of 1" steel plate, and the closure plates are reinforced with 1" steel ribs. After fabrication, the press is epoxy painted.
